Architects Nicolas Stevens and Gary Lawson elaborate on the distinctive idea of designing community. This includes allowing for more parkland, play-space, vegetable gardens, and thoughtful planning so that the principles of unity, environmental well-being, and sustainability are pervasive throughout.
We also hear from future home owners Te Aroha Morehu and Rewa and Dave Harriman, as they describe their hopes and dreams for this development.
